FOOD SERVICE INFORMATION: NEW FOR 2023-24: Through CEP the District is offering Free meals for all students, regardless of income, for the 2022-23 school year.

Registration/student fees are not being waived this school year.

To request a waiver or reduction of student fees, families are encouraged to submit an application for free/reduced meals.

Determination of a waiver or reduction in student fees will be based on the USDA income eligibility guidelines.

Applications are available to print online at the district website: www.d428.org, through the Food Service icon under documents.

Applications are also available to pick up at every school and the District Office.

Please note: Checks returned for any reason, including but not limited to Insufficient Funds, Closed Accounts, and Stop Payments,

are subject to a $25.00 Returned Check Fee which will be added to the student's Fee and or Food Service account.

All delinquent accounts are removed from our system and turned over to a collection agency at the end of the school year. Summer School charges need to be paid in full before the end of Summer School.

Parent/Guardians that have a valid email address in our system may Click here to receive an email to reset your Skyward Family Access password.

If you do not have a valid email address in our system or are still having trouble logging into Family Access,

please contact the secretary at the school your student attends.

Staff that are having trouble logging into the system should email helpdesk@dist428.org. This will open a ticket and a technician will assist you as quickly as possible.

If you would like to view your paycheck info please look for the "Jump to Other Systems" box then select "Employee Access".

You may also change the "Login Area" drop down menu above from "All Areas" to "Employee Access".

Payroll only users: Your login name will remain the same as it has been in the past.

Please change the "Login Area" drop down menu above from "All Areas" to "Employee Access" and then login.

You may use the "Forgot your Login/Password" link that is directly below the sign in button if you forgot your password.
